En kirjoittanyt miltein kuukauteen..
Se johtui kai siitä masennuksesta.. En ajatellut mitään, en myöskään tänne kirjoittamista.. 🙁 Tein siinä masennustestin viime kuussa, ja tulos oli 33
– 19 pistettä testistä tarkoittaa jo huomattavaa masennusta, johon pitäisi saada apua nopeasti..
Tällä viikolla tein sitten tuon testin uudestaan.. tuloksena oli 54..
En halua hoitoon, haluan vain oikeita ystäviä jotka välittäisivät, ja joille voisin puhua asioistani, kun ei perhettäkään oiken ole..
Ajattelin viimeviikolla ratkaista tämän lopullisesti, selvitin kuinka paljon pitää syödä buranaa jottai saisi kuolla pois.. En kuitenkaan halua kuolla.. Tätä tunnetta on vaikea selittää, ja varmasti vielä vaikeampi ymmärtää. Toivoisin etten eläisi, että olisin kuollut, mutten kuitenkaan halua kuolla.. En pelkää seistä junaradan yllä, valmiina hyppäämään seuraavan junan alle, en pelkää sitä mitä sen jälkeen tapahtuu kun jalkani irtoavat siitä kaiteestä.. Pelkään irroittaa jalkani siitä.. En haluaisi itse olla se, joka lopettaa tämän kurjuuden..
